Charitable Care Membership
At Sentinel Primary Care, it is important to us that God’s children have access to high-quality healthcare. If you are below the poverty line, we would like to offer you help through our Charitable Care Policy if you qualify. Through this membership, we may be able to offer you comprehensive care without financial barriers.

At Sentinel Primary Care, we embrace God’s call to honor each and every human being, upholding their dignity. We are committed to providing our community with the treatment they deserve– regardless of income. As such, we have created the Charitable Membership, which allows individuals in need access to a wide array of healthcare.

Do You Qualify for Charitable Care?
If you meet the following criteria, you may qualify for our Charitable Care Membership:
- Your household income is less than 300% of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Federal Poverty Guidelines.*
- Your household liquid assets, such as cash, savings/checking accounts, certificates of deposit, etc., are less than 100% of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Federal Poverty Guidelines.
- You are ineligible for government insurance programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, or Veterans Administration healthcare benefits.
